1. Economic Services

• Promote agricultural productivity thru improved roads & provision of post harvest facilities in strategic areas.
• Encourage backyard agricultural development thru improved/expanded water supply.
• Establishment of seedling nurseries and agriculture demo farms and provision of certified seeds.
• Promote effective soil and water conservation thru activities that will ensure crop suitability
• Promote agricultural program that would encourage production of integrated high value crops and livestock farms.
• Promote chemical free agriculture, environmentally friendly techniques & organic farming and demonstration of balance fertilization of improve farm practices.
• Construct/upgrade and monitor existing irrigation facilities.
• Construct more small water impounding facilities.
• Increase revenue collections thru improve/upgraded public market, slaughter house, municipal hall & other public buildings.
• Prevention of the occurrence of flood in Barangays Calzada, Caabiangan, Magalong & Caranglaan thru desiltation & clearing of creeks thereat.

• Conduct of livelihood training to improve the ability of the poor & less privileged to generate employment and increased income.
• Harness the physical capability of the youth and prevent/minimize drug abuse thru sports development.
• Availment of local & national funds for the repair / construction of school building, day care centers and multi-purpose buildings for senior citizens.
• Ensure cleanliness, beautification and orderliness and greening in public places and roads.
• Enhance public awareness and promote ecological solid waste management programs by encouraging community involvement in proper waste disposal such as segregation, recycling, ere-use, composting and reduction.
• Provision of health and nutrition services e.g. pre-natal care, children immunization, supplemental feeding, dental care & sanitation campaign.
• Improvement of access to reproductive health through the primary health care system.
• Assist people affected by calamities, youth & children in conflict with the law and those in crisis situation.
• Minimize illiteracy rate.

3. General Public Services

• Development of computer network in the local government unit’s various departments and upgrading/updating the LGU's official website.
• Strengthen the Local Peace & Order Council, People’s Law Enforcement Board and the PNP and Bureau of Fire Protection for the needed resources, personnel and equipment to maintain peace and order and safety in the locality.
• Formulate/develop a doable plan for sustainable disaster management plan by adopting geo-hazard surveys of NGA’s.
• Increase awareness of the public especially in disaster prone areas through ABC and MDC meetings and strengthen management of disaster prone areas.
